Four Aces Firearms LLC operates in full compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined below.

Legal Compliance and Buyer Responsibility

All firearm purchases are subject to ATF regulations and applicable laws. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The customer is responsible for selecting a valid FFL dealer and ensuring compliance with all local and state laws.

If a transaction cannot legally be completed, the order will be canceled and may be subject to fees.

Order Acceptance and Verification

All orders are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions, or failure to provide required documentation.

Identity verification may be required before fulfillment.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping timelines vary based on product availability, compliance verification, and FFL confirmation.

Firearms will not ship until FFL documentation is verified and approved.

Shipping Policy

Firearms ship only to licensed FFL dealers and require adult signature upon delivery. Ammunition ships via ground service only and may be restricted based on location.

Non-firearm items may ship directly to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

FFL Transfer Policy

Customers must arrange transfer through a licensed FFL dealer. Transfer fees are set by the receiving FFL and are not included in the purchase price.

Failure to complete a transfer or pass a background check may result in return fees and restocking charges.

Background Check Failures or Refusals

If a background check is denied or the customer refuses transfer, the firearm will be returned to Four Aces Firearms LLC. The customer is responsible for return shipping, restocking fees (minimum 25%), and any applicable processing costs.

Returns and Cancellations

All return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery and require prior authorization.

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened items may incur up to a 40% total fee.

Firearms are non-returnable once transferred. Ammunition, optics, electronics, special orders, and used items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims may require photos and carrier documentation.

Shipping Liability and Risk

Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the carrier. Customers are responsible for insuring return shipments. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns without proper insurance.

Pricing Errors and Availability

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. Orders placed with incorrect pricing may be canceled at our discretion.

Warranty

New firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

Used Firearms

Used firearms are sold as-is with no warranty. All sales are final.

Limitation of Liability

Four Aces Firearms LLC is not responsible for misuse of products, failure to comply with laws, improper handling or storage, or any damages resulting from use of purchased items.
